We have online ordering available for our Philly Police Officers!
The core Philadelphia PD uniform items are being made available for online ordering. If an item is not listed on this portal, it does not mean we do not carry it - please call or email us (philly@americanuniform.com).
Step 1: Register Here - upon registering you will see the New Customer page - no products will be shown just yet.
Step 2: Visit the store or email us (philly@americanuniform.com) a copy of your Police ID so we can assign you to the Philadelphia Police customer group. Only once you have done this step, will you be able to see the Philadelphia Police items available to be order.
In store pick up
In-store pick up is the only option available at this time. We are not shipping orders at this time to avoid lost / stolen package issues since the garments will have Police patches on them. You will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pick up.
Estimated order lead time
We plan to have your order ready for pick up within 3 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
At times, some sizes do run out of stock, and you will be notified within 2 business days if any items are out of stock. We will give you an expected delivery date based on our suppliers ship date to us. At that time you can decide if you want to keep the item on order or get a refund on that item.
